1. Acceptance

By using this website or commissioning work from Utility Cypress Field Ltd (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Services described on this site

Descriptions of assessments, workshops, reviews, and advisory work are informational. A separate proposal or statement of work sets the binding scope, fees, and timetable for any paid engagement.

3. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials we publish remain our property or that of our licensors. Deliverables created for a client under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s statement of work. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, submit malicious or unlawful content through forms, or scrape the site in a way that impairs service for others.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set in the relevant statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom may bring claims in their local courts where mandatory rules allow.
